Cedar Park is a vibrant community situated on the northern border of Austin just 17 miles from downtown.  It is in close proximity to Austin and the Texas Hill Country and the beauty surrounding the Lower Colorado River Lake System. It was named for an actual park that was a rail stop in the late 1800s and was incorporated as a City in 1973. 

 

True to its namesake, Cedar Park now features 1,000 acres of city-owned gorgeous parkland and 31 miles of trails.

 

Cedar Park is consistently ranked by the U.S. Census Bureau as one of the Fastest-Growing Cities in the Country.  It is a bustling high-tech employer hub,and In 2021, the finance site Ascent named Cedar Park the Most Affordable Place to Live in the Country.   Cedar Park continues to be ranked by the U.S. Census Bureau one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
